Hotel was nice and clean, room was spacious, breakfast was great, really loved the fresh squeezed orange juice! Staff was very nice and helpful.
Parking is offsite, and not free.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Fabulous location! Rooms were very nice and clean, excellent value!
It would be nice if parking was included. Breakfast could be improved (better coffee, more fresh fruit and yogurt).
Great reception people, great location in Olde Porto.
Small room, and also small breakfast room which became quite crowded at times
It is a great value hotel in the best location.
Excellent location and the staff were were very helpful and friendly.
Room furnishings were a bit sparse.
The staff were very friendly. The location is great. The air conditioning worked which is not always the case with some hotels.
No secure place to store bags when the room is not ready. They were left beside a public entrance to the bar.
location, daily parking 10€, free WiFi in rooms
Excellent location, two blocks from the Ribeira riverfront with parking nearby, friendly, helpful staff and a comfortable room.
Location is good. Staff are kind.
It is too small room. This is not three star hotel, just one star is enough. I think if you resserve this hotel under $60 is OK. But more than $60?,you must find other hotel. It is not worthy of $80. Breakfast is so and so, Internet is not working. Every time they answered maybe tomorrow, maybe afternoon, like this.
Hotel is rather shabby in rooms
The hotel is well located for access to the tourist bus pick-up points and Metro station and within easy reach of the various bars/restaurants that front the Ribeira although bear in mind it's uphill on the way back!
Our room was located on the 3rd floor and at times during the night was very noisy, I checked to see if the windows were open - they weren't! If we had been staying longer I would have asked for another room.
The hotel location is very good, as it is close to the Ribeira and Gaia. It is close to City Tour buses.
The room was small and uncomfortable
Pleasant and efficient servicein hotel in central location
da Bolsa was great, good staff, great position (not in the touristy part but close if you wanted to go that way) and the rooms are nice.
Breakfast was a joke. There are so many great things to eat in Portugal and not one of them was represented there. A great bakery across the road has tarts, empanadas and coffee so that was fine for me.
the location is fantastic, the staff are friendy and helpful and the rooms are comfortable. the bath is very small but everything is clean a/c and hairdryer are provided.
the breakfast range is limited to cereal or pastries and finishes at 10:00 which is too early for me.
